This comprises a coated wire that goes over the head. On one side there is the earpiece with flexible boom microphone and the other has a large "T" piece which holds the headset in place. From the side with earpiece comes a single cable with a PTT switch, and then the cables runs down to a moulded plug to suit the radio.
