We operate on a strict payment with order basis. No COD. No account unless specifically set up.

 

When you purchase an item from us if you are not satisfied by any standard product within the first 30 days you can return it for a refund or credit (less shipping charges). We aim for 100% Satisfaction with all of our products. 

 

Product Guarantee

All personal earpieces and earpiece/mics are deemed personal issue and disposable so we only offer a 30 day warranty on those items.  All other products (unless specifically stated) including Chargers and batteries are guaranteed for 12 months from date of sale.

We will always replace or refund items which fail within 30 days of despatch.

 

Returns

It must be sent by a method that allows it to be tracked and signed for. It is your responsibilty for returning it to us and you should insure it for its replacement value. An inexpensive method would be by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

It must be undamaged and with original packaging in good saleable condition. We are unable to refund any freight element of your purchase.

 

Release
Goods cannot be released until paid for in full. Photocopies or faxes of cheques are not accepted as cleared funds. We reserve the right to wait for cheque/credit card clearance (upwards of 5 working days) before dispatch.

 

Availability
All goods offered subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure adequate stock levels are kept at all times we usually ship same or next day wherever possible.
